Glossybox June Review

I resubbed to Glossybox this month after seeing the 'So Susan' item. Praying for the concealer palette I eagerly waited... And YAY I got it but not sure how I feel about it just yet.
I was really happy with everything in the box this month and adding up my Glossy dots next month is free... Woooo!!

KIKO Ultra Glossy Lip Pencil

Stopped by KIKO cosmetics today in Westfields Stratford in London. They had a few bits on sale which I was dying to grab but in a rush I just picked up 3 lip pencils reduced to £1 each (not sure what they where previously).

I got shades '609, 610 & 615'.

Love the colours but trying one on my way home they are very very sheer. They still leave a lovely colour/tint to the lips, quite moisturising and don't dry out.
The would need layering quite a bit too get a more dominant colour but overall really good find for £1 (well I'm happy) might go back to pick up more shades before I go home.

MAC Kelly Osbourne Collection Review & Swatches

So I bought two lipsticks, one in 'Dodgy Girl' and the other in 'Riot House'. I also went for the skinfinish in 'Jolly Good'
The outta packaging is lovely, lilac with Kelly's red signature above the Mac logo. They also sent me a sample of their strobe cream with my I order (which I love).

So I fell in love with 'Dodgy Girl' before I saw it in person but WOW I was impressed, one layer is perfect coverage, not too dominant and wearable everyday but you can also build the coverage up with 3-4 laylers for a brighter more dominant look which still looks stunning. I'll tend to go with 1 to 2 layers from day to day. The texture to me is creamy and quite moisturising and leaves a bit of shine when applied.
The only thing I would critisize would be the staying power, for me it didn't seem to last that long at all which was a bit if a let down but over all I love it.

This one is 'Riot House' stunning, stunning colour. Unfortunately just does not suit me enough, I can get away with wearing it depending on what make up i have on that day but definitely looks better with a bit of a tan. The texture is very similar to 'Dodgy Girl' but this is more opaque, it does need more than one later for good coverage.

Last is the Skinfinish in 'Jolly Good' and wow I'm in love! I though it was too light at first but after using it properly for the first time I wanted another one. I applied it over a cc cream and it gave really good coverage with a lively sheen, didn't seem to enlarge pores or go patchy, lovely. Would definitely recommend this.
